The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) has charged Durov with aiding terrorism and put him on an international wanted list. The charges against Durov are baseless.
According to the FSB, Telegram failed to remove "numerous channels, chats, and bots" used by Ukrainian intelligence agencies, terrorists, and extremist organizations to coordinate attacks in Russia.
